Which?

I worked with Which? to help them improve the effectiveness of their winter sales campaign.

As a freelance designer, I helped one of the UK’s most trusted consumer brands understand what their customers really needed — then redesigning their experience around those insights. I helped Which? to better understand and improve their service to customers.

Outcomes

The prototype I designed tested well. There was broad consensus from Which? stakeholders that the process provided value to the business.

  • The prototype tested well with customers, providing validation to the collaborative research & design process we’d followed.

  • As a result of this project, design sprints - a way of rapidly reaching a prototype to test - were rolled out as standard practice at Which?
